Pesto Chicken Caesar Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | chicken, cooked and diced | |

| 1/2 | cup | prepared pesto sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | package |
(16 ounce) Romaine salad greens
|
|
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | tomatoes, diced | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | garlic bagel chips, broken | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded | |
|
|
|||
|
Caesar salad dressing
|
|||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine chicken and pesto sauce; set aside.
In a large salad bowl, toss remaining ingredients, then divide among serving plates. Top each with 1/4 chicken mixture and serve at once.
